I’ve Been In Your Shoes
Prior to starting this work, I suffered so deeply whenever conflict with another person popped up, or even hinted at showing. I ignored it, tried confronting them, tiptoeing around - nothing clicked. I was scared of not being liked and I was scared of hurting other people. I was even more scared of continuing to let myself down and stay stuck in a cycle of stress. Only through mastering collaborative conflict resolution techniques was I able to end the cycle and take back control of my life.
Why 12-Weeks?
Because you need it. You have reached a breaking point in a relationship - you know you cannot go on like this.
Embarking on this 3-month journey means you will be getting the support you need, because guess what, we weren’t taught this inter-personal sh*t in school.
Either a conflict you are directly involved in is turning your insides out, or you are surrounded by a conflict, (at home, among friends or at work), that is so toxic you cannot help but suffer too.
Ignoring it is just not possible for you, you feel your own pain and the pain of others too deeply.
Either way, I know from experience, don’t shut your feelings off. They are giving you invaluable clues.
I tend to attract deeply feeling and empathic women to my coaching, and if you are reading this, I am guessing you are no different.
The conflict you are suffering from, either between you and someone else or the conflict surrounding you, it means your intuition knows that things are not as they should be. As author Glennon Doyle would say, you know deep down that a more beautiful reality exists for yourself.
Maybe you’re struggling to get along with a best-friend, your alcoholic mother, absentee father, or an awful co-worker. You name it, if you’re struggling (and if you’re stuck with this person), then you need to take action on what your intuition is telling you.
Why I’m The Right Coach For You
In each session, I take my education in group dynamics and human evolution and combine it with the practical skills you need to learn to deal with the emotions, assumptions, biases, judgment and power dynamics embedded in your unique conflict.
People close to me have long noted my ability to perspective-take and ask thought-provoking questions. This ability is what my clients find most helpful in their learning with me.
My knowledge of dispute resolution extends beyond conflict coaching; I have trained in mediation, negotiation, ethics and the management of hostile individuals from the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
I graduated with a Certificate in Third Party Intervention/Mediation and their Associate Certificate in Conflict Coaching with top marks.
These programs involve over 250 hours of in-person training with world-leaders in the field.
Aside from working for myself as a coach, I worked for three years as an employee in different work environments: a non-profit, a law firm and a co-working space.

How The Package Works
Hop on a complementary 60-minute consultation call: During our call, we will get crystal clear on your objectives and what you hope to get out of the intensive, ensuring I am the right fit for you. Simply fill out the form below to get started.
12 weekly 90-minute coaching calls: I come each of our sessions prepped with the necessary tools, strategies and tips customized 100% to you! Meanwhile you show up with your snack, refreshments and questions ready, cause we’re going to get to work. I recommend to all my coaching clients that they keeping their own running google doc of challenges, wins and questions throughout their week, so we can be sure to cover them all in our weekly call.
Plan of action: I will be emailing you a detailed review of the core concepts covered and notes on our discussions each week. We will formulate your own custom, “12-Week Plan of Action,” to ensure you meet your objectives by the end of the package.
Weekly email support: With this package you will have access to me for any questions or concerns via email Monday to Friday 9am-5pm AEST, with a 24hr turn around time. Our last session together will mark the final date of email support.

My conflict is over something silly, is a three month package right for me?
As I always say, any conflict that is causing you stress is worth getting proper support for. Often it’s not the content of what is being discussed that is so difficult, it’s the way it’s being handled and the emotions involved. Your feelings are valid, no matter how seemingly trivial the matter. If you are ready to transform a struggling relationship for good, this is the package for you.
My conflict has gone on for less than a year, is this package right for me?
Conflict coaching is not a one session fix-all. Similar to therapy, we build on our progress each week. The goal is to learn the skills necessary to get you managing your conflict independently, but just like a coach for professional football, players don’t stop needing coaching once they go pro. What makes a coach so invaluable is the support and refinement of skills they provide you over time.
I have a workplace conflict, can I do the three month package?
Absolutely, we will cover all the same skills you would learn in the 1-month offering, with the benefit of more time for mastery and ongoing support.
Does it have to be once per week? Can we just do one?
Coaching is designed to offer in-the-moment feedback, as well as actionable to-dos. One week intervals are the ideal amount of time to achieve this balance. I don’t offer one-off sessions as they simply do not allow enough time.
Is this package refundable?
