I guide them to ask the “right questions” of themselves, and others, so they can get back to feeling confident at work and in their personal lives.

Is conflict coaching like therapy?
Conflict coaching is different from therapy, there is no clinical assessment or diagnosis.
The coaching I offer is a collaborative and creative process between you and I to learn, develop and implement the relevant skills you need to resolve the major (and minor!) conflicts in your life.
